Privacy Policy

T24Guru collects only the information needed to deliver requested resources, respond to enquiries, operate the private reader-feedback queue, protect forms from abuse, and understand aggregate website usage.
Information we collect
- Email address when you request a checklist, recover existing access, contact us, or optionally request a feedback reply
- The controlled feedback category, message, and source page when you submit reader feedback
- Basic aggregate page and usage measurements through Vercel Analytics
- Hashed, short-lived rate-limit buckets used to protect public forms from abuse
Reader feedback
Reader feedback is stored privately for editorial triage. It is not posted to GitHub or exposed publicly. The optional reply email is used only when clarification or a response is needed and is not added to a marketing list.
Do not submit bank or employer names, customer or account data, credentials, production messages, proprietary code, confidential incident evidence, screenshots, or internal documents.
Site search
The site search at /search runs entirely against the public T24Guru resource registry on the server. No query is sent to an external search provider.
The search query appears in the URL query parameter (?q=) for shareability and may be present in browser history, copied links, request metadata, and referrer headers depending on browser and provider behaviour. Search query pages are marked noindex,follow so that crawlers do not index arbitrary query-result combinations but may follow links from search results.
Visitors are advised to keep searches generic and not to paste customer data, account details, credentials, production error messages, bank names, record identifiers, or other confidential information into the search field.
How information is used
- To deliver requested checklists or existing-purchase access links
- To respond to enquiries, corrections, and optional feedback replies
- To prioritise content, tools, and clarification work using controlled categories and source pages
- To protect forms and APIs from abuse
- To understand aggregate site usage and improve public resources
What we do not do
- Sell personal information
- Publish reader submissions or create public issues from them automatically
- Send pasted T24, OFS, SWIFT, or other tool input to analytics
- Use optional feedback emails for unrelated marketing
Storage and processors
Public forms are processed by the T24Guru application and stored where necessary in the configured Supabase project. Hosting and aggregate web analytics are provided through Vercel. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask about information you submitted, request correction or deletion where applicable, or ask that direct communications stop.
