Editorial Standards

T24Guru publishes practical technical content for Temenos T24 professionals. This page explains our editorial approach, content scope, review process, and how we handle corrections.

Content scope

Our articles cover topics relevant to T24 production support, migration, integration, configuration, and career development. Content is written from practical experience and checked against the evidence available to the editorial team. Opinion, inference, and environment-dependent guidance are identified rather than presented as universal fact.

Review process

Before publication, drafts are checked for technical coherence, safe operational framing, internal-link and metadata accuracy, and the removal of confidential or identifying information. Review may include automated checks and human editorial or technical review, depending on the subject and the expertise available.

High-risk subjects such as recovery, payment processing, database operations, and message-store handling are presented as diagnostic guidance rather than universal runbooks. Readers must validate operational actions against the relevant Temenos or platform documentation and their organisation's approved procedures.

When errors are identified after publication, we correct them and update the article's modification date when the change is substantive. Significant corrections may also be noted in the article itself.

Sourcing and attribution

Our content is based on practical T24 production, migration, and support experience. Where a claim depends on vendor documentation, a public technical source, or a platform-specific behaviour, we aim to identify or link to that source. We do not publish proprietary or confidential material.

Technical examples and configuration snippets are generic, synthetic, or anonymised. Real bank configurations, customer data, credentials, production identifiers, and incident evidence are not reproduced unless they have been safely transformed and publication is authorised.

Anonymity

T24Guru publishes under the collective brand name T24Guru Editorial. Articles are not attributed to named individuals. This allows practical experience to be shared without exposing employer-specific details or implying that an employer or vendor endorses the content.

Corrections

To report an error or suggest a correction, email hello@t24guru.com with the article title, URL, and the issue you have identified. Reports are reviewed as capacity allows, with safety-critical and materially misleading issues prioritised.
