Editorial Standards
T24Guru publishes practical technical content for Temenos T24 and Transact professionals. This page explains the anonymous editorial identity, review process, independence, and correction policy used across the site.
Editorial identity
Articles use the collective byline T24Guru Editorial. It identifies the publishing and review function, not a claimed team size or named employer. Personal identities remain private so useful experience can be shared without exposing employer-specific relationships or implying endorsement.
Guidance is informed by practical T24 operations, migration, integration, and support experience, then rewritten as environment-neutral education that removes employer-specific, customer, and confidential details.
Content scope
Articles cover production support, migration, integration, configuration, operations, and career development. Opinion, inference, and environment-dependent guidance are identified instead of being presented as universal fact.
Review process
Before publication, drafts are checked for technical coherence, safe operational framing, internal-link and metadata accuracy, and the removal of confidential or identifying information. Review may combine automated checks with human editorial or technical review.
High-risk subjects such as recovery, payments, database operations, and message-store handling are diagnostic guidance rather than universal runbooks. Readers must validate actions against current vendor documentation and their organisation's approved procedures.
Content is also reviewed against a documented freshness policy. A modification date changes only after a substantive correction or update; a routine review with no material change is recorded honestly without making the page appear newly published.
Sourcing and confidentiality
Public vendor documentation and other public technical sources are identified where they materially support a claim. Technical examples are generic, synthetic, or anonymised.
Real bank configurations, customer data, credentials, production identifiers, employer documents, proprietary source code, and confidential incident evidence are not published.
Independence and trademarks
T24Guru is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official publication of Temenos or any employer, bank, consultancy, or implementation partner.
Temenos, Temenos Transact, and T24 are trademarks or product names of their respective owner. Their use on T24Guru is descriptive and educational.
Corrections
To report an error, email hello@t24guru.com with the title, URL, and evidence. Safety-critical and materially misleading reports are prioritised.
